Catalyst was established to bridge a common gap, where good strategy exists, but the time, capacity or expertise to deliver it does not. We don’t operate as a traditional consultancy that hands over a report and walks away. Instead, we work alongside our partners, offering practical advice backed by real-world experience and the ability to support implementation where required.

Our engagements are flexible, outcome-focused and tailored to the specific challenge at hand, whether that’s strengthening business operations or delivering complex events on the ground.

Originally from the UK and moved to Perth (WA) in 2018. I've been working in local government since arriving, across multiple roles. I'm a passionate and versatile professional with over 17 years’ experience across events, sales, marketing, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, business development, and placemaking here in Australia and the UK.

Working in both the public and private sectors, bringing a broad skill set and a people-first approach to everything I do. Whether I’m collaborating with a team or working independently, I’m driven by purpose, creativity, and connection. I love building strong relationships, solving problems, and delivering outcomes that make a real difference.

I’m also a dedicated dad of two energetic young kids, and an even more demanding little Cavoodle. Consulting gives me the perfect blend of professional challenge and personal balance, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
