Workplace Training
Catalyst Consultancy offers customised training in your workplace, designed to meet your organisation’s specific educational needs.
Our training consultants are available to meet with key personnel in order to gain insight into the organisation’s current situation and to discuss viable training solutions.
The consultant will then prepare and submit a training proposal to the organisation, outlining training goals, proposed course structure and content, alongside negotiated rates.
Our customers find this option extremely cost effective and convenient compared to offsite seminar attendance, as it facilitates access for program participants, and provides an excellent solution to organisational training needs.
Workplace training programs are fully evaluated on completion and the client is provided with a full report of the program evaluation results, alongside recommendations by the consultant.
